By downloading, installing, or using Nomory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Nomory is a mobile application that allows you to collect, organize, and manage information about dishes, recipes, and restaurants. All features are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Nomory. If you are under the required age, you may only use the app with parental or guardian consent and supervision.

User Content & Responsibility

You retain all rights to the content you create in Nomory, including photos, recipes, and notes. You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of your content
• Backing up your data regularly
• Securing exported backup files
• Any content you choose to share with others

We are not responsible for any loss of data, whether due to device failure, app deletion, software bugs, or any other cause.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nomory only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the app to store or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

Nomory, including its name, logo, design, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by its creator. You may not copy, modify, redistribute the app, or use its name or branding without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nomory is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any loss of data, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or damages resulting from device malfunction or software conflicts. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be reflected in the app with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
