Nomory runs no servers of its own. We never collect, receive, or have access to your data. If you are signed in to iCloud, your entries are synchronised through your own private iCloud account so they appear on all your devices - they travel between your devices and Apple, never to us.

Nomory betreibt keine eigenen Server. Wir erheben, empfangen und sehen deine Daten zu keinem Zeitpunkt. Wenn du bei iCloud angemeldet bist, werden deine Einträge über deinen eigenen privaten iCloud-Account synchronisiert, damit sie auf allen deinen Geräten erscheinen - sie wandern zwischen deinen Geräten und Apple, niemals zu uns.

Data Storage

All bites, photos, recipes, restaurants, and personal notes are stored on your device using Apple's CoreData framework. When you are signed in to iCloud, a copy is also kept in the private area of your iCloud account that belongs to this app. Nobody but you can read it - not us, and not other apps.

Alle Bites, Fotos, Rezepte, Restaurants und persönlichen Notizen werden mit Apples CoreData-Framework auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wenn du bei iCloud angemeldet bist, liegt zusätzlich eine Kopie im privaten Bereich deines iCloud-Accounts, der zu dieser App gehört. Niemand außer dir kann sie lesen - wir nicht, und andere Apps auch nicht.

iCloud Sync

iCloud-Synchronisation

Sync is handled entirely by Apple's CloudKit and is active whenever you are signed in to iCloud. Everything you record is included: dishes, photos, restaurants, visits, ratings, and notes.

Die Synchronisation übernimmt vollständig Apples CloudKit. Sie ist aktiv, sobald du bei iCloud angemeldet bist, und umfasst alles, was du erfasst: Gerichte, Fotos, Restaurants, Besuche, Bewertungen und Notizen.

You can switch it off at any time under Settings → your name → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → Nomory. The app keeps working; your entries then stay on that device only.

Du kannst sie jederzeit abschalten unter Einstellungen → dein Name → iCloud → In iCloud gesichert → Nomory. Die App funktioniert weiter; deine Einträge bleiben dann nur auf diesem Gerät.

Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to the data held in your iCloud account.

Für die Daten in deinem iCloud-Account gelten Apples Nutzungsbedingungen und Datenschutzrichtlinie.

Device Backups

Geräte-Backups

If you use iCloud Backup or back up to a Mac or PC, your Nomory data may also be included in those system-level backups. They are managed entirely by Apple or by you. We have no access to them. For more information, please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy.

Wenn du iCloud-Backup nutzt oder auf einem Mac beziehungsweise PC sicherst, können deine Nomory-Daten auch in diesen System-Backups enthalten sein. Photos & Images

Fotos und Bilder

Photos you add to your bites are stored on your device and, when iCloud sync is switched on, in your private iCloud area along with the rest of your entries. They are included in exports only if you choose to create a backup file. We never receive your photos.

Fotos, die du deinen Bites hinzufügst, werden auf deinem Gerät gespeichert und - bei eingeschalteter iCloud-Synchronisation - zusammen mit deinen übrigen Einträgen in deinem privaten iCloud-Bereich. In Exporte gelangen sie nur, wenn du selbst eine Backup-Datei erstellst. Wir erhalten deine Fotos nie.

The app requests access to your camera and photo library solely to let you add photos to your dishes. These permissions are never used for any other purpose.

Die App fragt Zugriff auf Kamera und Fotomediathek ausschließlich dafür an, damit du deinen Gerichten Fotos hinzufügen kannst. Diese Berechtigungen werden nie für einen anderen Zweck verwendet.

Location & Restaurant Search

When you use the restaurant search feature, queries are processed by Apple MapKit to provide relevant results. This communication happens directly between your device and Apple's servers. Nomory does not collect, store, or have access to your location data. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about MapKit data handling.

Wenn du die Restaurantsuche verwendest, verarbeitet Apple MapKit deine Suchanfragen, um passende Ergebnisse zu liefern. Diese Kommunikation läuft direkt zwischen deinem Gerät und Apples Servern. Data Export & Sharing

You can export your data as a JSON file containing all your bites and images. When you export and share this file, you are responsible for its security and distribution. Once shared, the data is no longer under our control.

No Analytics or Tracking

Nomory does not use any analytics, tracking, or crash reporting services. We do not collect usage statistics, behavior data, or any other information about how you use the app.

• Right to Access: All your data is accessible within the app at any time.
• Right to Deletion: Delete bites individually, or remove everything as described under Data Deletion.
• Right to Data Portability: Export your data anytime using the backup feature.
• Right to Rectification: Edit your data directly in the app.

• Auskunftsrecht: Alle deine Daten sind jederzeit in der App einsehbar.
• Recht auf Löschung: Lösche einzelne Bites oder entferne alles wie unter „Daten löschen" beschrieben.

Because your data is held on your device and in your own iCloud account, you can exercise these rights yourself at any time without contacting us. We hold no copy that we could disclose, correct, or delete on your behalf.

Da deine Daten auf deinem Gerät und in deinem eigenen iCloud-Account liegen, kannst du diese Rechte jederzeit selbst ausüben, ohne uns zu kontaktieren. Wir halten keine Kopie, die wir für dich herausgeben, berichtigen oder löschen könnten.

Data Deletion

Daten löschen

You can delete individual bites by swiping left in any list view.

Einzelne Bites löschst du, indem du in einer Liste nach links wischst.

Uninstalling the app removes the data on that device. If iCloud sync is switched on, your entries remain in your iCloud account and will return when you reinstall. To delete that copy as well, go to Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → Nomory and delete the data there.

Beim Deinstallieren der App verschwinden die Daten auf diesem Gerät. Ist die iCloud-Synchronisation eingeschaltet, bleiben deine Einträge in deinem iCloud-Account erhalten und kehren bei einer Neuinstallation zurück. Um auch diese Kopie zu löschen, gehe zu Einstellungen → dein Name → iCloud → Accountspeicher verwalten → Nomory und lösche die Daten dort.

If you want to keep a backup, use the export feature before you delete anything.

Wenn du ein Backup behalten möchtest, exportiere deine Daten, bevor du etwas löschst.

Children's Privacy

Datenschutz für Kinder

Nomory does not knowingly collect data from children - we receive no data at all. The app can be used by individuals of all ages. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the app and for the iCloud account it is signed in to.

Nomory erhebt wissentlich keine Daten von Kindern - wir erhalten überhaupt keine Daten. Die App kann in jedem Alter verwendet werden. Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigte sind dafür verantwortlich, die Nutzung durch ihre Kinder zu beaufsichtigen, ebenso für den iCloud-Account, mit dem die App angemeldet ist.

Third-Party Services

Nomory uses Apple MapKit for restaurant searches and Apple CloudKit for iCloud sync. No other third-party services are integrated. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about their data practices.

Nomory nutzt Apple MapKit für die Restaurantsuche und Apple CloudKit für die iCloud-Synchronisation. Weitere Dienste Dritter sind nicht eingebunden. Informationen zum Umgang mit Daten findest du in Apples Datenschutzrichtlinie.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the app with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Wir können diese Datenschutzerklärung von Zeit zu Zeit aktualisieren. Änderungen erkennst du in der App am neuen Datum unter „Zuletzt aktualisiert". Nutzt du die App nach einer Änderung weiter, gilt dies als Zustimmung zur aktualisierten Fassung.
